| ACCOMMODATION
Salisbury has several charming hotels, many with long and
colourful histories. Based upon your requirements we will
recommend the best hotel for your needs. This can
be on a room only basis, with breakfast, or including an
evening meal. There are many restaurants
in the city if you would prefer to eat out each evening.
With so many visitors each year, hotels get booked
up quickly and early booking is essential. In summer it is unwise to arrive without a hotel reservation.
We have negotiated a special deal with the White Hart Hotel, a former coaching Inn, for our clients. The rate is £50 per person B&B, or £60 per person Dinner B&B. Rates are subject to availability.

White Hart Hotel, Salisbury
The Hotel is located in the centre of the City and you will be assured of a warm welcome, excellent service, and good food. Our rates represent excellent value for money.
Other hotels in Salisbury to look at.
We have looked at various websites and would recommend Late Rooms website as having the best choice of hotels in Salisbury (link Click here). You will always get a better rate than contacting the hotel direct and certainly better than turning up without a booking. The listing will cover a 15 mile radius, but we suggest you narrow this down to a 5 mile radius.
Our summary of the hotels & B&Bs you will find on their site is;
Milford Hall Classic Hotel. About a 4 minute walk from the Market Square. The service is second to none. Has many ground floor rooms and being set back from the road is quieter than most. Click here
Legacy Rose and Crown. This is just across the bridge from the Cathedral, and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Newly refurbished it is part of a small chain of hotels. Click here
Grasmere Hotel. Again this is across the bridge from the city. It has probably the best views of the Cathedral of any hotel. It is a bit of a walk into the city centre so only for the fit or those who don't plan on going far. Click here
The Old Mill Hotel Restaurant. As its name suggests a charming converted old mill in an idyllic location. At least a 10 min walk across the meadows from the centre, but you will get the views that John Constable painted on the way. Click here
Victoria Lodge or Parklane or Rokeby Guest House. All three are B&Bs outside of the ring road. Great places, but a bit of a walk into the centre. Click here
City Lodge. New and right in the centre of the City. One of the cheapest hotels you will find, but still good quality. It is room only and it doesn't provide any meals.Click here
The Kings Head Inn- Wetherlodge. Right in the centre and close to the railway station. Does not provide breakfast though the pub downstairs (which it is part of) opens at 7 am (8 am Sundays) for meals. Click here
Cricket Field House Hotel. Lovely family run small hotel on the outskirts of the city. Bit of a walk into the centre, but a great place. Click here
The Inn at High Post. About 4 miles out of Salisbury. Part of it is an old converted airfield control tower from a now non existent WWII airfield. Has a leisure club. Click here
Cathedral View. A B&B in a great location opposite the Cathedral, but doesn't take credit cards. Click here
Nearest hotels to Stonehenge
The Antrobus Hotel. A gem of a hotel. An old coaching inn where the Beatles stayed in 1965 when filming Help!. Good food and good range of beers. Situated in Amesbury which is small and quiet. Nearest large town is Salisbury some 10 miles away. Click here
Holiday Inn Salisbury-Stonehenge. Everything you would expect a Holiday Inn to be. Large, shiny, and clean. Trouble is that it sits next to a major road on its own and is 10 miles away from Salisbury! Click here
